We are looking for an experienced Spray Tanker Driver to work within a small team. Immediate start available!

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Driving and operating a range of spray tankers from our fleet (Phoenix Sprayer, ACMAR Sprayer, SECMAIR sprayer)
- Carry out duties according to the program schedule and ensuring all needed paperwork is completed accurately (daily checks, Vehicle Defect Checks)
- To apply safe methods of working through the use of personal protective equipment, correct manual handling and use of small plant and equipment
- To drive vehicles safely and within the laws
- Looking after the sprayers, completing maintenance and cleanliness of the tankers
- To keep all plant, equipment and vehicles tidy and in good working order
- To ensure that all operations carried out within area of responsibility are undertaken with full regard for the safety of visitors, other members of staff and yourself
- To understand and follow procedures relating to COSHH regulations
- To operate machinery as required and directed by the foreperson/ supervisor
- To work and cooperate closely within the team
- To carry out other appropriate duties as assigned by site supervisor
Requirements:
- Experience working within a construction/ highway industry
- Full and clean driving UK licence, you may be required to drive other company vehicles
- HGV Class 2 licence (essential)
- ADR licence – Class 9 (essential)
- CSCS card (desirable)
- NVQ level 2 ~ Spray-Tanker Driver or Spray-bar Operator (desirable)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
